French is a language known for its beauty, expressivity, and artistic merit - but not for its pop music. (Name a recent French pop song which is a) good and b) well-known and c) actually by a French person. I'll wait.) This tune, however, has been taking La France by storm - it's catchy, cute, and you can't get it out of your head! Simply put, it's a song about love - clichéd, but done SO well in this song.
(Warning: my French is a little rusty - I generally only read in French for academic purposes, and I haven't had a class in three years. If you spot a glaring error, please let me know. If you think I should stay far, far away from such a beautiful language with my bumbling translations, let me know that, too.)
Allez venez, laissez faire l'insouciance.
You, plus me, plus them, plus all those who want it,
Plus him, plus her, and all those who are alone,
Go*, come and join our dance,
Go, come, let’s be carefree.
*"Allez" literally means "go," but in this instance there's also the sense of "go on, hurry!" (/lecture :-p )
In twos, in thousands, I know that we are capable,
Everything is possible, everything is achievable,
We can fly away higher than our dreams,
We can leave and go further than the grave.
Oh, you, plus me, plus all those who want it,
Plus him, plus her, plus all those who are alone,
Go, come and join our dance,
Go, come, it’s our lucky day.
With the desire, the strength and the courage,
The cold, the fear, are nothing but a mirage,
Let go of misfortune once and for all,
Go, come, take over with me.
I know, it’s true, my song is naïve,
Even a bit stupid, but relatively inoffensive,
and even, if it doesn’t change the world,
it invites you to join in the chorus.
The hope, the zeal, take all that you need,
My arms, my heart, my shoulders and my back,
I want to see stars in your eyes,
I want to see us rebellious and happy.
Like I said, a little rusty, but I think the meaning's there. I hope you've enjoyed the song, regardless of my rendering!

I wish I could understand French better.
